Ground Acrobatics

Duration: 60 minutes
Equipment required: none/ yoga mat

Home aids: 20D Tights or robe-belt, 2 Harry Potter books
It includes several types of techniques, self-weight floor exercises that do not require special equipment.

 

We can even build series from spectacular elements, but even mastering one element at a time provides a sufficient challenge.

Typical exercises that can be done at home: Bridges, arm and handstand exercises, arm and shoulder support exercises, balancing exercises and elements, etc.
