AIR Yoga - Core Training

Air Yoga yoga expands the benefits of asana practice by using the support of a suspended hip-height hammock, also known as a "silk".

In this class students will safely explore the practice of both elevation and grounding to increase flexibility, strength and improve structural alignment. Enjoy the ease of inversions and better backbends while challenging your mind and adding a little excitement to your day. ​

In Air Yoga Core Training you will be guided through a variety of yoga exercises designed to strengthen, stabilize and tone the core of your body. The core is the area connecting your upper and lower body, including the abdominals, mid and low back, and glutes. A strong core is beneficial in many ways, and can help improve balance, digestion, lower back pain and day to day movement. 

This class is suitable for all levels of experience; options for beginners and advanced practitioners are given.

What to wear?
Recommended to wear a long sleeve t-shirt, long or 3/4-inch pants that are not loose.
Zip-lock and other protruding decorations free, so as not to damage the hammock.
Please make sure you are not wearing any jewelry during the class!
Be barefoot.
Bring water and towels with you.


Exclusions:
These classes are not suitable for people who have the following conditions:• epilepsy• high blood pressure• cataracts• hemophilia If you have any other disease or injury we have to know about please tell as. Then we can be sure that we give you the right exercises. There is no problem to join the class when you're on your period. This class especially made for you! We warmly welcome you to our class. At the first time, please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier.
