Anna Lambert

Hello, I'm Anna Lambert and I completed the Aerial yoga instructor training in May 2022. Sports (running, aerobics, pilates, yoga) have been a part of my life since I was a teenager, but yoga is the most special to me. , I came out of the class liberated, with a smile on my face, full of self-confidence, which is still the case to this day. A dream of mine came true by completing the instructor training, it took a lot of courage, I had to overcome my fears and limitations, which Air yoga taught me. I am constantly learning and I want to improve myself. In addition to developing our body, it also improves our soul. For me, Aerial yoga: Feeling of freedom, soaring, relaxation, flow, enthusiasm, joy, self-confidence, energy, self-development, overcoming limitations, fears. Exactly, this is what I want to pass on to my guests and help them find the many positive effects of exercise, and show that the greatest successes start beyond the comfort zone! I look forward to welcoming you to my group classes and personal training sessions!
