A combination of classical ballet and aerial sports.
The basis of the ballet technique is the turn starting from the hips, in addition to the five leg positions, there is also a summarized system of hand positions.
Its defining elements are different positions, poses, rotations, jumps, combinations, and the pointe technique.
Develops flexibility, movement coordination and body awareness.
Perfect and easy posture is an essential part of Aerial Silk and Hammock exercises.
In Aerial Ballet classes, in addition to learning the basic stances, steps, positions, feet and hand positions, the focus is on femininity and harmony.
