Shaper - Full Body

Self-weight, full-body workout where simple exercises that can be done at home are performed with a high number of repetitions. Reinforcement class is therefore recommended for both beginners and advanced students. Structure of the class: after a thorough warm-up, 35-40 minutes of strengthening follows, in which all the main muscle groups are worked on, and then the class closes with a thorough stretch.

 

Duration: 60 minutes

Equipment required: yoga mat, one bottle of mineral water, one small towel, rubber band or tights
