Power Yoga Beauty Core

Shape-shaping class with dynamic yoga elements based on flow movements. Strengthening and shaping of the gluteal muscles, lower limbs and CORE muscles play a central role. An easy feminine form of movement where we move from one pose to the next with the help of our breathing, and in certain exercises we perform the given movement with a dynamic number of repetitions.
